Horecano - new entry in hospitality market in Romania

Horecano, a company founded in Bulgaria, enters the local market of trade in products for the hospitality industry by purchasing a building for showroom and storage, with a total area of 1,660 sq m, ocated in the second phase of development of Recon Mogosoaia logistics park.

The transaction was brokered by Activ Property Services, one of the main real estate consulting companies in Romania, with over 28 years of experience.

Horecano is a family business, started in Bulgaria more than 27 years ago. The company offers a selection of over 19,000 products for the hospitality industry, suitable for hotels, catering companies, restaurants, bars. The products offered by Horecano are imported form reliable and well-respected factories in countries such as Russia, China, India, Turkey, Thailand, Brazil, Colombia, but also from the European Union.

The seller of the building, Recon-Ex company, performs special construction-assembly works, using the most modern methods, materials and equipment. Currently, Recon-Ex company has developed three industrial parks suitable for small and medium-sized companies located in Magurele, Mogosoaia and Buftea. All buildings have been built to high standards and benefit from modern facilities and are suitable for any type of activity.
